Mark Forums Read = Red?

How come when I click on "Mark Forums Read" nothing changes; the forums with new posts still show up in red font. Before the red would go away, now it doesn't. Should that read "Mark Forums Read, Red"?

Maybe it is just my PC? Anybody else see the same thing?
