in the comfort of joy, hello. i seek & offer opportunities for joy effervescent.
my joy being in knowledge received, in knowledge continued, in knowledge shared. reading all the welcomes/introductions adds courage to be absent from the sorcery of fear.

Re: Introduction Of New Members

Hello to everyone, I'm the newest newbie here as I post this. I stumbled upon this page while looking for some specific teachings about speech. I could really use some community now, as circumstances have led me to be quite isolated lately. I'm happy to have discovered this MB.

Re: Introduction Of New Members

I come to this website and forum to build a stronger foundation on fundamentals to add to. I'm moving into a Mars period in 2011 and am preparing for the exploration.

Stumbled onto this site while I was surfing and it was exactly what I was looking for.

Much Thanks,
Darlene

Re: Introduction Of New Members

Hi I was helping my son with his homework on values. He had to interview me about my values. I have always had a passing interest in Buddhism and tonight I found your site and I have been quite fascinated by the simple easy to understand language yet the concepts are far more complex than in other material I have read. So thank-you.

As for my son, well he received a greater or comprehensive insight into my values thanks to your site but even better: I decided to begin to teach him how to meditate, something I have wanted to do for ages but just never seemed to get around to it.
So thanks again
